CONTEXT:
For this project, we used the Lean Startup method. We started from the observation that the pockets of women's trousers are much smaller than those of men's trousers. This forces people wearing women's trousers to find alternatives such as bags or jackets to carry their belongings, which can be cumbersome and annoying.

It also raises the issue of inequality between men and women. Indeed, this difference dates back to several centuries ago when it was thought that women did not need to carry anything because they were dependent on their husbands.
But today, society has changed, it's time for everyone to have big pockets!
CONCEPT:
After conducting our research, especially with users, the solution we came up with was to open one-week pop-up stores, where people can bring their trousers to our tailors, who replace their old, too-small pockets with new, large pockets made of recycled fabric.

French Poche is a quick, accessible, eco-friendly and unlimited style solution!

TAM: Women wearing pants, approximately 3 billion people worldwide. SAM: 22.3 million people, calculated from the percentage of the population who have ordered online in the last year compared to the number of women over 15 years old in France. SOM : About 27000 people. The calculation was made from the revenue of a jeans brand that targets the same customers as French Poche, Radian Jeans and the average money spent by their customers.

Women: Women represent half of the population so the target is large. Environmental: Society is increasingly willing to become more ecological, but the fashion industry remains the 2nd most polluting in the world after oil. Societal: We live in a time where we are fighting more and more for equality between men and women. Financial: There is little direct competition. Legal: The prohibition, from 2022 in France, to destroy the stocks of unsold clothes will push to the development of recycling. Technical: The pattern of the pockets is identical to all the pants.
